About Lorraine Johnson

As a Life Coach, Lorraine Johnson helps her clients get from where they are to where they want to be.  She is a graduate of Coach U. (With Core Essentials and Advanced Coaching certificates) representing nearly 200 hours of training. In addition to individual coaching, Lorraine leads online classes on coaching-related issues and facilitates developmental workshops for small organizations and non-profit boards of directors. She holds  a bachelor’s degree from New York University.

Lorraine believes it is only by discovering our authentic selves, not who or what others want us to be, that can we really be happy, and that self-discovery, self-knowledge, and self-understanding are the paths to self-awareness, self worth and self esteem.
