Each month of our Journey of Becoming begins with a class introducing the central spiritual topic and guiding questions for the month. This class lays the foundation for a month of spiritual exploration, reflection, and personal growth.
Participants enrolled in the full monthly program will continue their journey through a guided meditation, a discussion, and workbook activities designed to deepen their understanding and bring spiritual teachings into everyday life.
Monthly Program Schedule
All sessions take place on Tuesdays at 7:30 PM Eastern.
First Tuesday — Class: Introduction to the month's central spiritual topic and guiding question.
Second Tuesday — Guided Meditation: An opportunity to deepen your connection with the month's topic through meditation.
