As times in our lives and on the planet continue to change and challenge us, many of us are feeling destabilized, divided, and drawn to making a real difference in the lives of ourselves and others.

Transfiguration - the art of shape-shifting into your inner Divine light - is a profound healing process that meets the serious needs of our times.

This ancient practice, used by mystics, shamans, and everyday people, is a simple yet powerful tool that has helped to heal a multitude of physical, emotional, and spiritual ills, brought people back to a centered place of unity, wisdom, and strength, and even been shown to reverse environmental pollution.

In this four-session online course, developed by Sandra Ingerman and designed by Garrett's helping spirits, you will explore the immense power of transfiguration. You will learn how to heal yourself, others, and the planet by radiating your own spiritual light, as well as discover additional techniques that will help you to bring through the healing powers of the Universe.

In this course, you will dive into:

- Dropping your form and channeling universal energy to others,

- Practicing transfiguration to heal yourself, others, and the Earth,

- Unburdening and strengthening yourself in order to more fully embody healing power,

- Seeing yourself, others, and the world through the eyes of Spirit,

- How the helping spirits view illness,

- How to live more from your spiritual heart, rather than your mind,

- A profound shamanic initiation of healing and awe-inspiring oneness,

- Merging with the unlimited power of the spirits to create healing for others,

- How to teach others to transfigure,

- The group transfiguration healing ceremony,

- And so much more.

You will be guided by Garrett through each exercise, have ample opportunity to integrate your learning between sessions, and gain access to an optional-to-join private Facebook group where you can ask questions, share experiences, and form deeper bonds with your classmates.

No prior experience with shamanism or any other spiritual practice is necessary for attendance; this course is open to all!

It is time for us to be in service to ourselves and all of life by raising our own frequency, and that of the collective. Using the tools taught in Healing with Spiritual Light, you will have the opportunity to ignite deep healing within yourself and others, expand your consciousness and healing toolbox, and participate in environmental and global healing on an essential energetic level. You will learn how to become a healing force in the lives of others - great medicine that our times are calling out for.

Can't attend live? Each session of this course will be recorded and sent to all registrants shortly after the conclusion of the session. Only the instructor will be in the recording. _____________________________________________________________ What to Have: A notebook and writing utensil for note-taking and something to cover your eyes with (such as a bandana or blindfold). Headphones can also be helpful for deepening your experience in the exercises. Make sure that you attend each course session in a space in which you will not be interrupted.
