Join us as we unwind and unplug from the hustle and bustle of our busy lives. Bathed in the candlelit Sanctuary, and basking in the tones of the beautiful Crystal Singing Bowls, we’ll take a mini-journey into the stillness together, where we can relax and “just be.”
***This month, join us for a special addition to our meditation, the blessing of the backpacks donated by ISDDC members for the Back(Pack) to School program benefiting the kids of the Douglass Knolls Community in Southeast DC. Add the energy of your generosity just by being present to charge the bags with Love, and Encouragement and Success.***
All you have to do is be at ISD by 7:30 p.m. and find your favorite place to sit! We’ll do the rest…
