In this FREE 60-minute live online class designed by Garrett's helping spirits, you will be briefly introduced to the path of classic shamanism. You will learn:

• What shamans and shamanic practitioners are
• How shaman and shamanic practitioners help others; and 
• Where they go during their journeys into the spiritual realms.

Plus! You will also take a shamanic journey to meet one of your power animals!

*No experience with shamanism or any spiritual tradition is necessary for attendance; this class is open to all!*

What to Have: A pen/pencil and notebook (if you want to take notes). Optional items to bring are an eye covering (such as a bandana or blindfold) and headphones. Make sure that you attend this class in a space in which you will not be interrupted.
